  • All communication shall be conducted in accordance with legislation and Midsona's Code of Conduct and other governance documents
  • Midsona's employees are expected to act in an ethical manner in their relationship with the Group's stakeholders and they are also expected to never accept corruption

WHISTLEBLOWING

Midsona's whistleblower system is for employee raising a genuine concern about conduct in breach of the Group’s Code of Conduct or policies. Our Whistleblower Policy urges employees to firstly contact their immediate manager. If an employee feel that it is not possible to handle the matter with their manager or the HR manager, they can use Midsona's confidential Whistleblower System. Matters can be reported anonymously.
